Claudio’s Kitchen cookies are a combination of Claudio’s family recipes combined with visits to local bakeries and his training as a pastry chef in Rome. Claudio took his nonna’s recipes and, over the years, refined and polished them into the cookies he creates today. To maintain the unique flavors he grew up with, Claudio proudly uses high-quality ingredients from renowned Italian and other specialty purveyors.
