It All Started in Nonna's Kitchen

In my Nonna’s kitchen in Rome, I learned that baking was never just about ingredients. It was the warmth of our family gatherings, the scent of toasted almonds in the air, and the joy of sharing something made together. I still remember rolling the dough, waiting by the oven, and lifting out the cookies—small moments that stayed with me for life.

When I moved to New York in 2015, I brought those recipes with me, along with my culinary training and a dream of sharing authentic Italian cookies with families who would love them as much as mine did.

What began as an idea became Claudio’s Kitchen—a bakery rooted in Italian tradition and built to bring those flavors and memories to homes across America.

Today, every cookie is still handcrafted in small batches with time-honored recipes and the same care my Nonna taught me.
