For years, these three pastries have been a favorite at our Gowanus coffee shop. Now you can enjoy them in a smaller size—perfect for a quick treat, coffee break, or a little taste of all three.

Each pastry is made with flaky puff pastry and our signature almond dough, baked until beautifully golden and finished with a delicate glaze.

The Gowanus’ Bites assortment includes:

🥐 Almond Horseshoe — buttery, flaky puff pastry wrapped around rich almond dough, shaped into our classic horseshoe.

💚 Pistachio Ring — our almond dough and pistachio flavors combined in a golden, delicate ring.

🍫 Chocolate Twist — flaky puff pastry and almond dough twisted together with chocolate for the perfect combination of buttery, nutty and chocolatey.
